Terms and Conditions

By booking a session, visiting this website, or engaging with any services offered by Aidan Phoenix, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Healing Disclaimer
All services offered by Aidan Phoenix are intended for spiritual growth, personal insight, and emotional support. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. No diagnosis or cure is offered or implied.
If you have any physical or mental health concerns, you are encouraged to seek licensed professional care. You agree that you are participating voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own health and well-being during and after the session.
2. Plant Medicine & Altered States
Some sessions involve altered states of consciousness on the part of the facilitator (Aidan Phoenix), such as psilocybin journeys used to access higher-dimensional consciousness. You are not required to be under the influence of any substances. If you choose to use cannabis, microdosing, or other legal plant allies, you assume full personal responsibility and must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Aidan does not provide, sell, or promote illegal substances of any kind. All plant medicine usage must be self-sourced, lawful, and consensual.
3. Session Agreements
Sessions are held in a private, safe, and respectful environment—virtually or in person. All content shared within a session is confidential. However, Aidan reserves the right to end any session without refund if personal boundaries, safety, or spiritual integrity are violated in any way.
You may record your session for personal use only. Any distribution, sharing, or publishing of session content (audio, video, or written) without express permission is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged in full.
Special packages, sales, or promotional pricing (including "Buy One, Get One Half Off") are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Scholarship Fund & Tipping
All tips go directly to a scholarship fund used to provide healing sessions for those in need, especially individuals in recovery or experiencing financial hardship. By tipping, you acknowledge that your contribution is voluntary and non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, logos, session frameworks, images, and books—is the intellectual property of Aidan Phoenix and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
You agree to hold Aidan Phoenix harmless for any personal outcomes, choices, actions, or consequences that may arise as a result of your session. Spiritual and emotional work can be profound and intense. Your healing is your responsibility.
8. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically without notice. Continued use of this website or booking of services indicates your acceptance of the latest version.
