Welcome to My Corner of the Universe

If you’ve ever been made to feel like you were too much and never enough at the same time, you’re in the right place. I believed that voice for years. Now I spend my life helping others quiet it.

This space is a sanctuary for lightworkers, trauma survivors, people in recovery, my queer family, and anyone walking the brave path of awakening. You don’t need to have it all figured out to be here. You don’t need to believe anything in particular. You only need to be curious about what’s possible.

Here you’ll find my books, my YouTube videos, and pieces of my heart. Each one is a different doorway into the same truth: your strength, your brilliance, and your worth were never up for debate.

Welcome home. You belong here.

The Way

The way out of pain was never around it. It’s through it.

Maybe you’re carrying pain you’ve never said out loud. Maybe you’ve spent so long hiding who you are that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to be seen. Maybe you’re tired of just surviving and ready to start living. Whatever brought you here, know this: your light hasn’t gone out. It’s been waiting for you.

I’m Aidan Phoenix Maisonave, a researcher, author, content creator, and spiritual guide. I’ve walked through the fires of rejection, addiction, and nights when I didn’t think I’d make it. I tried every way around the pain I could find, and none of them worked. What finally set me free was going through it. I did the work. Recovery, trauma healing, and a spiritual awakening brought me back to myself.

Now I serve as a bridge between the earth beneath us and the cosmos above, helping others reconnect with both: the practical, everyday work of healing and the deeper sense of purpose that makes it all worthwhile.

I won’t pretend it’s easy. Healing takes real work: breaking down the walls that have kept us imprisoned for so long, one brick at a time. And it’s work only we can do. No one can walk this path for us. But you don’t have to walk it alone. That’s why I’m here.

And I promise you, it is worth it. Because what you find on the other side is the truest version of yourself.

This isn’t about becoming someone new or giving up what you hold sacred. It’s about remembering who you were before the world taught you to hide, and stepping fully into the life you were meant to live.

You are worthy. You are whole. You are loved exactly as you are.
